?10m for some kid who has had a few vaguely competent games at Championship level. This is not some wunderkind setting the league alight. The scum will get ?10m and not really be weakened at all.

If he's worth that then bid for Redmond should start at ?20m and I say ?4m for the first choice Swedish international full back is seriously on the low side too.
