Peter Grant's reign began with a 1-0 at Birmingham, and I seem to remember Bryan Hamilton starting with a 2-0 win at Ipswich. Only to follow it up with a 2-0 home defeat by bottom of the table Swindon Town. But he does give every indication that he's got quite a bit about him
