It's not about individuals though. Never has been. It's about a team. Did we have the most talented side in the Championship under Lambert? Nowhere near it; no better than halfway really. Yet his and his side's attitude did the rest.

Meaning it's all about getting that ideal match between manager and squad. So many intangibles involved in that of course.
