Can we knock this 'playing four central midfielders' thing on the head please?

In his interview after the Millwall game Johnson said that he played on the left for Leeds a lot, whilst O'Neill definitely used to play wide right for Portsmouth.

Whilst neither are chalk dust on the boots kind of wingers it is not that strange a formation/selection when we are looking to be solid for the first hour of a game and stop the counter attacks that were our achillies heel earlier in the season.

Plus Jonno has weighed in with several goals from this position.
