Fry onion, add chicken. Brown off.
Add mushrooms, peppers saffron, thyme and chorizo.
Stir
Add paella rice.
Mix up then add white wine and chicken stock. Add s&p, king prawns, mussels and paprika.
Cover and simmer
Yum
