Its a tour of makeshift players

That means Green has to deal with a makeshift defence, which could incur errors and then put him under pressure

If he doesn't rise to it, or makes a mistake, then he might not get considered often

I don't really know when the best time for Green is, the number 1 shirt for England is probably the hardest place to get
