Three Guineas is both
The "dirty old blag" - the Blagrave Arms very near the station - used to be a lovely little hidden away place with really good ales and a great atmosphere. Haven't been there in 20 years though and it's probably s**t now. The better pubs in Reading are a schlepp from the station - honestly if you're coming from a way away, the Three Guineas is a good shout for beer, and there are shuttles to the ground from just outside as well. Note however engineering works, Paddington-Reading isn't at its usual frequency. I've been to the 3Gs when there have been no obvious fascists, and also when there have been plenty, and it's usually OK.
