Quiz: So I've not been fully paid for October, still waiting for November pay...
The company I work for was in companies court for a winding up order very recently.
They promise they'll pay "soon" but never give a firm date. Always "this week" or "near next Friday". In fact the best I've heard was they may start paying November's wages in February (if some/all agree they worked December for free, for tax reasons).
1. Is it worth continuing to work 9 hours a day hoping they may pay the ?4000+ they owe, or cut my losses now knowing once I leave they'll NEVER pay anything, even after a court hearing?
2. Will the company die before I get paid anything anyway?
3. This has happened before in the past, as recently as April. Should I have learned my lesson then?
4. Will Hooper replace Grabban and play in Wes' role vs Derby?
