Yep, I did a big f**k off Gammons yesterday.

Boiled up cherry jam, red wine vinegar and paprika and smothered that on and left in the fridge overnight, then whacked the whole lot into the slow cooker for eight (8) hours. Into a serving dish and went at it with a pair of forks to rip it right up. It was FUCKING NICE.

Tea tonight is cold gammons sandwiches.
