It's not gone un-noticed unless
Adnan was enraged to start with but 15 years in prison has left him resigned to it.
He can see Jay has just done the best for himself.
They were never apparently GREAT friends to begin with, so Adnan doesn't feel wounded by his bestoe exactly. But that's why the question 'why did Jay help Adnan' in the first place is so pertinent.
