The Norwich Way
Hire a Norwich Legend, realize he's s**t after losing 7-1 and get rid, not only losing someone who bleeds Yellow and Green but also lose his son who had great potential.
Get a good manager and have it in his contract that he can speak to bigger clubs, when another club comes in, refuse him to speak to them thus breaking the contract and to really piss him off don't pay him the bonus that he is entitled to (In his contract - Seriously why even write a contract?) making sure that he would leave us. I like to think that speaking to Learner and realizing that his hands would be tied financially, Learner is wanting to sell, fickle fans, he may have given us a bit longer. But we'll never know for certain what went on.
Then hire Hughton (I must admit I thought this was a great appointment at the time!), to completely change the ethos of the club, fear the opposition, destroy the confidence of the big money strikers, play too defensive, players out of position, get rid of all attacking players that we have (Jackson, Holt etc...), piss off Hoolahan etc... Destroy the energy and positivity that was flowing through the club.
Don't sack him in January as "there is no one available" only to hire the youth team manager in April.
Youth team manager gets one point in a possible fifteen. So scour the whole of Europe for the best possible manager to find the youth team manager still two doors down, so hire him.
Win One game In October, None in November, then get rid of the coach as it's all his fault - Obviously.
Sorry but if this is the Norwich way can we follow a different way because to me it seems like we are going full circle and are back at the Gunn era.
