Last week Mike Dean ignores 2 attempts of a head butt by Wilshere

but this week he books someone for kicking the ball away, and then 46 seconds later sends the same player off for a late tackle

So he can interpret a late tackle, and someone showing dissent by kicking the ball away. But has no idea what 2 attempted head butts are?
