I really wish someone on here would educate me on the

decision making process at Carrow Road. Is it Delia and Michael? Is it McNally? Is it a equal vote of all board members? I know this has been discussed before but unless I get a DEFININITE answer, I'm going to assume that Michael and Delia have final say being majority shareholders, and thus deserving of my ire and blaming comments.
