I hate the board for the way they plunge us into these situations

Please let them act quickly before it deteriorates further. Fans bickering with players, players losing form. The bond between team and fans being gradually eroded with a transfer window looming. And it all flows back to their inability to see the utterly obvious last season and one, unecessary, ludicrous, negligent decision back in the summer.

Please let them act swiftly or it will just get worse.
