The shambolic appointment of Joe Royle

The terrible organisation that went into pre season

Why in a critical season did they see fit to appoint someone learning the trade with no experience

The reason why we continue to pick players out of position.

The soft culture we have managed to breed where players simply smile and say how unlucky we have been when in truth we haven't fought hard enough
