Koeman was assistant at Barcelona.

Van Gaal at AZ and Ajax.

Wenger at Cannes.

Pardew was reserve team manager at Reading.

Monk was a coach last year.

Redknapp was to Bobby Moore

Pulis was Redknapps's assistant.

Rogers was a youth coach for years.

Only Pellegrini and Martinez seem to have had no experience before their first jobs.
