0? So, that? Or is there a higher threshold? Is a ?10.00ph worker a c**t if s/he talks about the Ukips? ?9.50? ?8.00? Just trying to work out where we all stand.

Also, have you thought about us salaried folk? I've no idea what my hourly rate is, but I know it's a f**k sight lower than it ought to be, since I work more hours than I'm contracted to. You probably need to turn your hourly rate into a per annum for simplicity.

And what about pro rata for part timers. Poor old Cbeebies is too knackered to work a full week so only does a four day week? Are you pro rateing the figure for him? Although, you seem to have established a prima facie case of Being A Cunt for him, so perhaps we can do without that bit of pencil work.
