go to a domain/hosting company... i use 1-2-3 reg...

search for the domain name you require. if it is taken then find something similar.

Register that domain (yes it costs money but typically less than a tenner a year for a .co.uk domain.
go to the 1-2-3.reg section related to email and create an email address (or more) - you can have hundreds so you could have

football@crispygenitalia.co.uk
chris@crispygenitalia.co.uk
tightarse@crispygenitalia.co.uk

etc.

Set up your mail on you PC/Lappy/Tablet/Phone following the instructions on the 1-2-3.reg website.
Remember if you are setting up your email account on multiple devices you will want to have the account settings set not to delete email from server once downloaded.
