Another club may sneak in and sign him if they defer it til after all the legal hearings but they would have saved themselves a whole world of grief if they had. If he's cleared all this will have been unecessary. If he's not (which is probably likely) then they have the decision to make but if yet another application/appeal is rejected then surely it makes that decision for them.
