the problem is that you don't listen to any reason whatsoever with regards to Worthy

he made some awful mistakes as Norwich manager and the board should have dealt with him sooner. Before his downfall he did however lead the club out of complete and utter despair for 3 seasons. Despite his mistakes at York he still gave them their best finish in over a decade. Northern Ireland have been terrible since the eighties.
