Email spam help
Hopefully the combined knowledge of the wrath can help:
Mrs caley has two email addresses with BT, one of which is really old and no longer used to send email, but it the main one linked to our BT account.
BT have said that they can't move the account from one email address to another, don't know why not but thats what they said.
Is there a way though, of blocking the old email address from sending outgoing emails, as it has recently started to send spam which suggests it may have been compromised?
Any sensible help/suggestions appreciated.
