think most providers do them...

my prob stated when my company decided to switch from O2 to Vodafone....there isnt a decent signal where i live - this box plugs into the wall socket for power and has a cable running to your modem/wireless wi-fi.... so it takes a mobile phone signal via your wifi and pumps it out all over your house.... therefore i have good mobile signal around my house and driveway/rear garden.... about 30-40 square meters of coverage....as soon as I drive off my drive i lose all signal again till i'm on the M5, but nowt i can do about that....
