This Robson business

My understanding is that Robson did the majority of the coaching so maybe that is why he is the fall guy.

On the basis that many of our problems at the moment with the defence seem to be down to poor/little obvious coaching then I suppose at least some form of change is welcome although I seriously doubt its Robson who decided we should play the diamond with 4 central midfielders or who rates Grabban higher than Hooper to our continued detriment. I would also be more confident if it was accompanied by another experienced coach coming in rather than reducing our experience still further with just Adams and Holt left. All smacks a bit of being seen to do something to placate the fans.

Mr Adams perhaps not quite so "nice" after all and obviously sufficiently desperate to cling onto this job he's prepared to sacrifice his assistant.
