Debate is a wonderful thing
but unless someone *knows* the voting structure of the NCFC board then it is pointless to throw around accusations that Delia & MWJ have a majority say, or that McNally has been outvoted on any decision.
The Board likely have a one-person one-vote structure; voting-rights may be dependent on share-holding; or they may even have a system that gives the casting vote to anyone in the Club Shop at the point the vote is taken.
Until we know, then criticism of individuals on the board is unfounded and ignorant.
