Scapegoats

There's quite a few posts criticising various players for their performances. Martin, Olsson, Grabban Johnson to name a few.
Let's get one thing straight. The squad as a whole is performing at 60% max of what they should be capable of. I think we all know; it's been said on here many times that we have the best squad in this division.
With the right man in charge, that 60% will be nearer 100% - then decide who's up to the job on the pitch and who isn't.
