Asking for a refund is accepting that you are just a customer of the Club.

I am a customer of my favourite supermarket but I don't invest any emotion in it unlike my football club.

Prem Lge was set up for the aspirational middle classes who would be willing to pay the ticket prices and this would keep the plebs away.

No standing, singing flags etc that we see at european league grounds, it will annoy the customers.
