Personally I think contracts should be readjusted like this (across all football not just
NCFC)
Basic (say ?1k pw max)
Matchday squad bonus
Starting bonus
Appearance bonus
Win/points bonus
Promotion/Trophy bonus
Make them GRAFT for the big loot. They just waste their huge salaries anyway. See David James and his "?100k customised Astra Van and extensive Chopper bike collection" for further details
