They are very good news
Filter tap - depends on your mains. We never bothered in London because the mains was good. Here we have a filter off the well, recall to make use of the well but actually v glad to have it because every now and then the mains has a horrible strong chemical flavour
Other good things in a kitchen - a fridge the size of usacanary's telly (I've never had a big enough fridge), a fridge that dispenses ice, underfloor heating, "magic corner" cupboards, wicker drawers for vegetables
