i quite fancy doing a turkish street food type chariot affair. did the turks have chariots? probably not. maybe the ottomans had a few, they were well clued up on all things logistical were the ottomans. anyway, koftas. koftas in flatbreads with luds of salad. i make the most sensational kftas in the entire world reckon we should start off in that london's as they've more money than sense and would easy pay twutty quid a pop. once we've raked in the first mill dubbs we can franchise the sod off and retire to saxmundham or the bahamas.
