was it you with the issues with npower?

I didn't say at the time, but I'm with them, have been since August. Haven't had an electricity bill yet. They accept my meter readings, then don't acknowledge it.

Whenever I do a meter reading I take a photo, and have "what date is it today" on a google search which brings up the current date and time (I feel like Russell Crowe on proof of life doing this)

Last time I logged in, it said I'll get an electricity bill in April 2015

Basically, I'm glad you posted about it. The reason I was asking questions at the time, is I was quite concerned by what you said (and a mate of mine got a ?900 bill from them)

So I'm gonna save about ?75 a month, keep all the pics, and then see what crazy bill they send me. Then I may just pass all the evidence onto the nearest ombudsman I can find :s
