I agree that wins are obviously important

but Martin can only do his part as a CB, which is keeping clean sheets. Do you think Grabban or Jerome would start taking chances again if Hooiveld was at CB instead?

Regarding the other centre backs, perhaps they were bought as back-up and Adams has always intended Martin to be first choice CB - as he is for Scotland.
