how about putting Martin back at right back, unless there's a serious issue with Miguel's quality or fitness.

if Hooper is fit to start I'd like to start him. if not, I reckon we go for 5 in midfield, with Howson pushing on, Tettey and ONeil deeper, Redmond and maybe Murphy on the wings. Grabban on the bench
