Who scored a hatrick for us in late 70s to mid 80s?

I collect footballs and it's incredibly hard to get balls from this period.
So hard I am toying with the idea of contacting players who may have a hattrick ball to see if they want to sell it.

I can only think of Deehan v Watford. Which, from memory, was a lovely adidas tango ball.

There must be some others, surely??
