persist with the crap phone system - you need to formally lodge an appeal
you have 30 days from date of P800 to do this.
Once appeal lodged then this can delay their execution of the tax reclaim until the appeal is resolved.
Best way if you get no joy from the phone system would be to write to them and include:
Name, address, Unique tax reference number then state what you disagree with (5 reclaims) and provide evidence (photocopies of the 5 p800s).
