You can put a bunch of loose bananas straight in a carrier, just as easily as a bunch of
pre-packed bananas. You don't have to bag a bunch of 'loose' bananas, unless you 'cherry' pick them individual and they are not joined together in a bunch, therefore in some cases loose can be better for the environment.
