I agree Grabban's movement, pace and strength are all great assets
Its hard to tell whether taking that out of our team would make us less effective but there is a chance because he is a handful for defenders to play against and he does admittedly create quite a few of his own chances. I actually thought last night was one of his better games.
Having said that his finishing with his feet is generally awful and he arguably could and should be in double figures by now. He scored a decent header v Bournemouth, an offside header v Scum, two rebounds v Blackburn when he should have scored the initially chances and big deflections v Blackpool and Watford. He's actually yet to score a one on one with the keeper or with what you would regard as a "decent finish." If he could improve his strike rate with such chances he would be lethal!
Hooper is one of my biggest disappointments in a Norwich shirt so far. i saw him score at Watford in the cup last season with a clinical finishing none of our other strikers could match and was very optimistic we had finally found a top goalscorer. I am still really hoping he comes good and personally I am of the view he would be slotting away some of the good chances we are creating, particularly if played off Jerome. people also forget how well he linked up with Wes at times last season.
