Also from what I've seen

teams press us really really hard, Brentford, Birmingham, Blackpool all hit us hard in the first half and from what I could see burnt themselves out somewhat. Wolves did this to and managed to keep it up for 90 minutes, we also had the wrong team and tactics for that day which didn't help.
