Legally, I don't know. Could be risky, but I doubt it.

Ben might not be happy with it. However, it's a website on the internet, that already gets quite a non-trivial amount of traffic - there's a question over whether he'd even be able to tell that something was scraping the data. Google already scrape it for instance - that's how you were able to search for the usa thing.
