Totally agree but the good news for Dyche is......

People can see he hasn't had much to work with.

He has tactically done the best he could in the situation.

That's where Hoots gets way too much s**t. In his first season he did what he had to do, got us to the big money TV deal, got some decent results vs FAR better teams.

What he could not do was take us to the next level when we did have money to spend.
