I'm talking about the League Cup in respect of increasing the number of games

as regards the Champions League, you're just adding more games that no-one wants to watch. A league of 53 teams, most of which are smaller than Norwich (and yet doesn't include Real madrid and Barcelona for instance)? Who the heck wants that?

We can moan about competitions being loaded with 'big clubs' but the simple truth (however unpalatable) is they are the only ones that bring in the money. European competitions are the way they are because the big clubs and TV companies demanded more games between those teams, because they're the only games people will pay to watch. If UEFA hadn't complied they'd have just set up their own league.
