Man City away, two seasons ago... with the Giant ball on the

centre circle - bloke has to kick a footbal from the penalyt area and hit the giant ball to win an exective box for ten for a game.

It was windy so they had a muppet holding the ball still with a finger - watching it on the big screen the ball was clearly going to just hit the side of the big ball when the muppet holding it just moved it ever so slightly so it missed. Cue much booing from the Nodge contingent and they relented and gave the guy the prize.
I think it was one of those involutary movements by the muppet rather than anything sinister.
Was funny though.
