The point is surely to be in the best league we can?

To reduce it to absurdity, surely the most pure form of football supporting must be non-league, following your local street's team or whatever? Or playing for your own team?

So yes, I do miss seeing us compete against the best teams, even if we lose a few. Accepting defeat before we've even played and wanting us to only play teams we can beat is what others may call the "little old Norwich" attitude, isn't it? Nothing wrong in my eyes with aspiring to be a top 20 team, even if it's unrealistic that we'd be a top 6 team. Ipswich, to mention one alternative, don't seem to be grateful they're not in the Premier League and they've had much more of this "enjoyment" than we've had over the last few years.
