she's answering two different questions.
1) Is it reasonable (for anyone - an objective test) to fire 4 shots through a locked door at a random stranger? Yes/No answer.
2) Given Pistorious *did* shoot 4 times through that door, did he (personally - a subjective test) forsee that he was going to *kill* (a) Reeva or (b) an intruder.
I think you can clearly decide that shooting through a locked door is unreasonable (so he's guilty of something), but that Oscar himself personally didn't think he was shooting at Reeva (because he thought it was an intruder) *and* that he didn't think he was going to actually kill (rather than just injure or scare) someone.
All the judge has held is that randomly shooting through a locked door isn't muder in the eyes of SA law.
But it's still not a reasonable thing to be doing...
He's going down for culpable homicide unless he does a runner tonight.
