Potentially yes because in the event of a yes vote....

anyone who currently lives in Scotland, will have the right to take Scottish citizenship with a new passport, or to remain a citizen and passport holder of the UK. I and I expect many others, will choose to do the latter.

It's immaterial anyway if Scotland gets EU membership, due to the free movement of people between EU member states.
