Cook it like cabbage and you won't go wrong - butter and salt and pepper is a good shout

Or, grate zest of a lemon into about 1tbsp of vegetable oil, shred the kale and fry it up for 2-3 mins, making sure the leaves all get coated with the hot fat. It will wilt a little and be all shiny. Then pop in about 250mls vegetable stock (optional - and the juice of the lemon you zested) and cook until done to your taste. Gives a lovely savoury flavour and the lemon lifts it nicely.

But if you CBA with all that just boil or steam it and it will be lovely.
