just back from the game

well, ages ago. overall quite happy with how things are progressing. mainly because of the fact that things actually seem to be progressing (sloughing off of the deadwood and some seemingly positive signings plus the return of "football"). as for today, we lost our way against a rather god footballing side that i'm pretty sure will trot out very well come the final reckonings of the season, fair play to them, i likes.

best bit of today, apart from our ghoul, was the old codger a few seats away that spent about ten minutes trying to put his replica shirt on and eventually managed it, albeit back-to-front and then he produced a set of humungous binoculars with which to observe the entire game like a u-boat back-to-front-norwich-shirt wearing Captain. he would have got a perfect ten if only he'd have got his binos the wrong way round as well.

We really need to cash in on redmond btw. Murphy a gogo
