I'd Go With That...

Ryan Taylor is an excellent player, was pleased we were linked with him originally. Would love him here as first choice RB. Failing that, wouldn't mind us signing Wright, is decent enough and will "grow" into the role, I'm sure.

Leeds will be trimming their squad in January as Bates and Blackwell wheel and deal, if there was ANY chance we could get Kilgallon from them, it would be worth it, I think he's an excellent player-like Woodgate, hopefully minus the attitude. Looks as if Davenport will be off to Reading & I wouldn't blame him.

Koumas will be on his way, but we can't afford him and Worthington doesn't like him.

In attack, well, Trundle would be a bit of a gamble-as would Eastwood be, albeit not quite as much. I'd really like to see if we could push the old boat out a bit and get Rasiak as a replacement for Ashton. Depends on what Tottenham would be asking.

Would prefer it if we signed EITHER Etuhu or Robinson, not both.

And would like to see a few bloodings, more long term, of some of the youngsters as well.

In an ideal, "football-rumours.com" sort of world, fantasy and all that, would like to see this starting XI from Jan onwards, assuming we get cash and lots of it for Green and Ashton, and, assuming all are fit and available (this XI for entertainment purposes only!)
