work out the % of your home you use for work...
I would suggest 20%-25%ish. then use this to work out business proportion of bills such as :
heating, phone, internet, mobile phone.
beware - if you do this it will affect your ability to claim CGT relief in the future were you to sell the property but if your not planning on selling anytime soon, do it.
