The Championship and very strong/ physical attacking players

I can't help thinking that opting for old-fashioned centre forward types and a very physical mid-field is generally advantageous when trying to get out of this league.
I honestly cant see 'holding' attackers or Wes's flicks and tricks getting us out of this division against teams who play in the same way Wolves did yesterday.
