Agree totally, like me Norway, you seemed happy to

get behind NA but yesterday was a real slap in the face. You're right, criticism is no knee-jerk reaction. We showed a worrying lack of tempo and desire and all played at a pace that will suit the opposition in the Champs. The diamond never really worked but until the sending off there seemed little attempt to change it and it was obvious that some of the players out there have found their level (Johnson, Whittaker, Martin). I didn't expect too much because it's been difficult to see much quality in the squad however, I did expect to see us play at a faster pace with the likes of Redmond and Bennett getting inside their full backs and getting crosses into the box. Looked to me like a team trying to play a more calculated 'premier-type' tactics without having the quality of players to carry it out.
